all new clients must submit a “new client form” before booking an appointment. After submission, we will be in touch between 48-72 hours.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES.
ALL cancellations & reschedules must be done 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment to avoid a service charge.
Any cancellations/reschedules within the 48 hour window results in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
DAY OF cancellations/reschedules result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
NO SHOWS,
No showing your scheduled service will result in a 100% service charge.
